Now, I dont feel so bad about all my UFOs. Like yourself, quilters have become dear friends from moving around the postings with my husband’s work. Unlike you, I need more determination to get those UFO done and dusted. Thanks for sharing:-)

There are some I just don’t want to work on, Momcat. Honestly, my best bet is just to keep working on one till I finish it. I have one that i’ve been working on since Germany . . . hmmmm, more actually . . .

I wanted to make a special quilt for my Son who is in the Navy. I asked him and he said he didn’t want Navy stuff but he wanted something “cool” since he and a few of his buddies went to Africa after Officers Nuclear School 2 years ago, I thought that would be a good theme. I just put in a search and your beautiful quilt came up. I have to say, I have absolutely no imagination of my own, but I am a pretty good follower. I read your tutorial and made one similar to yours. I am happy to put your name on the label as the inspiration. Thank you for all the hard work you put into this so I could “copy” it. I will send you a photo at the email address I see on a previous post. It is not quilted yet, but this is the top. You can get an idea of how it looks. Thanks again.

I’ve been wondering what you have been working on lately. Glad for the updates. Isn’t it great to get the UFOs up and out? I try to get one or two resurrected at year. Some years work better than others.
